New room, clean, a bit dark for me to live in. Room service is not supported yet, when I booked through the app, the date was skipped, I immediately contacted the hotel for support but they completely refused to support. This was very inconvenient and I lost 100% of the fee. After that, I contacted the app for support to change, when providing contact via the hotel's facebook and was refused. Even though it was supported, it still took quite a bit of time to contact.
