My experience staying here. As soon as I entered, the room smelled nice and was clean. The bathroom was also clean. The food was delicious and not too expensive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The food was very mediocre compared to the hotel next door, which was priced at 11/2. The room key suddenly turned red before check-out time. The restaurant staff were less than friendly, especially the female ones. For that price, the room was poorly maintained: the door was scratched, and the sheets were stained. The sofa in the room was worn out.

This hotel has a good view, nice ambiance, friendly staff. But my concern is, when we visit the pool area during the afternoon, I was surprised guests from outside can enjoy the facilities of the hotel and they only need to buy the package. From my side, yes, the hotel is looking for more revenue, and I really agree with that, but it's a long weekend, maybe in another day or during the weekday and put in a period of time (I think some guests need privacy). The second thing is the room is too noisy, motorcycles and cars are very clear to hear from our room. Breakfast has a good variety of the menu and selection but to be honest with you, the taste is normal, not something amazing or you need to have something signature when the guest comes to your restaurant. Why? If looking at the price during the long weekend, it is quite expensive. Your staff is very friendly and very responsive. Thank you

A very pleasant hotel, the check-in process was fast and easy, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, clean, had Netflix, and a bathtub with a beautiful view. The swimming pool water was warm enough for the kids to be safe from the cold. My birthday cake request was immediately fulfilled and it was free too... Thank you Swiss Bell Resort Dago..🥰

Everything was really good while staying here, but unfortunately when there was an event at the heritage music store and the karaoke was really loud until 10pm.
