The staff is friendly and fast response if the customer has any facility problems. The AC is cold, neat, clean, the wife and children sleep soundly, but the towel facilities are lacking, it's a bit troublesome if you don't bring your own towel.

The guards are friendly and polite, but the cleanliness of the place, etc. is so bad that I can't sleep until dawn. The toilet is really dirty, the sheets are torn, it smells really bad of cigarettes, it smells damp. Does the price match the facilities? It's indeed cheap, but there should still be responsibility in terms of comfort, the price is a little bit higher, but please improve the comfort. This is very scary. All good. Friendly staff, spacious room, cold AC, hot water on. If there is a minus, it's just the pillows that smell sour and musty. But overall it's a good hostel

The blanket and pillows had lots of dried water stains. The toilet smelled really bad.

The water tap was broken when it was turned on, so the water leaked and the tap could not be closed. The sheets were dirty and smelled musty.
