Everything was fine overall. However, the check-out process took a very long time. Even after it was completed, no one informed us, so we were left waiting for quite a long time. We eventually had to ask the front desk ourselves, and only then were we told that the check-out was complete.

The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and all amenities were provided. The reception staff were quick, friendly, and always enthusiastic to help. What I liked most was the quiet atmosphere, which made it very relaxing after a long day.

Kids love it here. It's close to shopping malls. The facilities are clean, quick, convenient, and reasonably priced. The food is delicious, and the staff are enthusiastic.

When checking in, the staff gave me a room key that someone else was staying in. The hot water in the bathtub was very weak.

The room is clean, with 2-way air conditioner so the room is very warm. The view from the room is very beautiful, the last day was sunny so the sky was clear and blue. In front of the hotel there is a flower path, if you go up on the right occasion, you can move to take pictures. In conclusion, I had a great stay 😁

The hotel is clean, luxurious but checked in a bit long. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious, including Lang Son's dishes such as roasted duck noodle, rolls, ... Will be back.

Central hotel, near places to visit such as Dong Kinh Market, Ki Cung temple. Only 2km from places like Tam Thanh Pagoda and To Thi Mountain. The hotel is repairing and checking in at 2pm when the 3h drill is noisy above the head. In the morning, I continued to drill milk again, could not sleep :( Called the receptionist to reflect that he thought stopping.

Luxury hotel, clean. Friendly and professional staff. Everything is wonderful. However, indoor slippers are very dangerous when entering the bathroom, both my wife and I were nearly slipping, the hotel should change other slippers immediately.
