The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive. They were very helpful when requesting room decorations for an anniversary. The hotel's ambiance is beautiful, with beautiful views. At night, we had a city view, and in the morning, we were treated to a mountain view. It was a truly memorable experience, and the kids were delighted.

Everything is great, from the rooms to the excellent service, especially the food, which is all chef's swoon. The vibe is like a cool, quiet, and private luxury villa 🫶🏻

Breakfast menu is not too much for a 5-star hotel.

The stay was wonderful. All of the staff is very accommodating. The hotel has a little flower garden that you can visit, just inform the staff and they'll take you there!

The hotel is good, unfortunately the Traveloka price turns out to be more expensive compared to making a reservation directly by calling the hotel, the difference could be up to 900 thousand, what's worse it turns out the price has increased 😭🤲.

The hotel is quite spacious. But it turned out that only 4-5 rooms were staying on Saturday. So it was very quiet. To access the room, you have to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, because the elevator is on the 2nd floor. There was a little bit of fallen leaf litter in the swimming pool. The jacuzzi wasn't hot. Maybe because it was quiet, it wasn't turned on. There was no hot water in the shower room either. The breakfast variety is limited for a 4-star hotel with a rate above 2.5 million/room. The best thing is that the staff are very friendly.

Pengalaman pertama menginap di Amaryllis Resort di Hari lebaran ke 2 suasananya cukup tenang untuk refreshing kamar oke tapi saya amat sangat kecewa dengan b'fast nya karena menunya yang minim sekali cuma ada nasi lauknya sapi lada hitam capcay dan ikan asam manis, dimsumnya disajikan dalam keadaan dingin dan keras 😫😫, mau sosis tapi diambilin kaget dengan porsi yang disediakan dong cuma 2 sosis aja, minta kopi latte mesti bayar lagi, snacknya cuma ada 1 jenis kue doang boro² mau menu western jangan berharap. Bener² ngga masuk di akal dengan harga kamar 3,2 juta b'fastnya cuma itu ajah itupun saya dateng udah tinggal sedikit semua setelah saya complen baru ditambahin.

We stayed at the Amarylis Suite for 2 nights during Christmas Holiday. The resort has a beautiful garden and mountain view surrounding the place. The Suite was below our expectation, not of the best suite rooms that we stayed. There is only 1 restaurant with not much varieties of menu. They need to upgrade the menu and add more activities at the Resort, considering that the resort's location is isolated from restaurants and everything. The service given by the staffs was average, need to enhance their customer oriented attitude to be called as a "luxury boutique resort". We loved the music room and the grand piano that we can played, however it needs a piano tuning as the sound quality wasn't good.

The best hotel di Puncak kalau menurut saya, pelayanannya ramah dan sigap banget. Kemaren saya ulang tahun dan mendadak minta dihias ucapan ulang tahun di tempat tidur dengan sigap dalam 15 menit sudah siap, makanan juga enak banget, udara dan view nya bener-bener the best deh ☺😍🥰

Amazing resort, excellent service. Will be back for next trip.
