Service and rooms are very bad

The hotel staff are very friendly in their service during their stay at the hotel and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The room photo doesn't match the post. The room is dirty, smelly, the toilet is broken, there's no soap, and the AC is hot.

I'm sorry, but why doesn't the room I was given match the photo in the app? It feels very cramped, especially the bathroom. It smells awful. The soundproofing isn't good, so the upstairs is noisy, and the downstairs is echoing. Please fix the photo in the app.
