All services are good and satisfying.

With yesterday's incident, we initially asked the food staff, "Can we take the cake to the room?" They said yes. After we took it and wanted to take it to the room, another staff member told us not to take the food. It was really embarrassing because we were told to do it when there were so many people and the restaurant was busy, even though the people who asked for the cake were children, not us parents. For other services except in the restaurant, I was very happy and comfortable, the staff were friendly, only that person because maybe he was higher in position. Next, you need to be careful when you want to tell people because we went to the restaurant to buy with money, not to steal. The embarrassment was beyond help.

Overall, it's okay, except there are small cockroaches in the area under the refrigerator. The lobby exit is narrow, so be careful if you're driving.

Dirty dishes on the table weren't cleared immediately. The restaurant staff was unresponsive, and glasses weren't refilled; guests had to wait for a signal. The hot water wasn't hot!

It's always improving. It's a shame there's no Netflix, YouTube, etc. If you're just staying at a hotel, there's not much entertainment.
