The room is good, but it's not very soundproof. The towels look a bit old. Overall, it's okay.

My first impression is that the hotel is so clean and neat. The room is spacious and smells good. The room is clean, the hot water works very well and everything is clean and tidy. We got free coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and also some crackers and cookies for breakfast. The location is also near Tonsai Harbour and View Point. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You must stay here once you reach Phi Phi Island. It's really recommended hotel 😊

Maya beach which is the main destination is closed for 5 years from June 2018. So be prepared to be disappointed if here is only suitable for those who like to snorkel and only a few spots and not good.

I and my friend had a great holiday on Phi Phi island. Hotel and staff here are very enthusiastic. From the moment the ship docked, there will be hotel staff standing right at the pier to pick you up and transport luggage to the hotel even though we said so we can take care of ourselves. Another plus point for the hotel is that the staff is very enthusiastic, happy and kind. The receptionist enthusiastically helped me to find the tour on the island and also gave me a pretty good price compared to the previous reference price. Hotel in the middle of the entertainment area is very bustling. However there is a minus point that I think is not at Phi Phi Indigo alone, but the general situation on the island is clean water. Unfortunately for my friend that day preparing to use the bathroom, there is a sign of running out of water and very yellow water. After about 15-20 minutes, the water just got back and it didn't feel like it was clean. But I think this is the general situation of the island, not just the hotel. In general, I feel quite satisfied with utilities and services.
