So, when I checked in at 4 PM, I asked if an extra bed was possible. The answer was that it was available for 150,000 Rupiah, and only available at night. Then, I happened to return at 11 PM, and all that was there was a very unfriendly security guard who said there were no staff and couldn't help with the extra bed. A hotel like this should have a receptionist on standby. And even worse, even if the staff had left, they would have at least confirmed with the guest whether the extra bed reservation was possible or not. If they were in a rush and wanted to go home, they could have just put in the extra bed, after all, we had already paid a deposit. And the reason was because of guest privacy, even though we had previously requested a doormat, the doormat was delivered when our room was empty. And worst of all, next to the hotel there was a nightclub that was incredibly noisy from night until 8 AM, with loud music that kept us and our children awake. Please improve the human resources and environment, and the way you serve guests.
