The staff were kind, there were so many fun people around, and although it was old, it seemed like they were renovating it, so I slept very well.

Didn't expect too much from an old hotel, but saw a pack of cigarettes and a lubricant tube behind the side bed table, which made me question the cleanliness of this room. Luckily, I just stayed for 1 night. Please provide a power socket near the bed, as nowadays everyone needs to charge their phone.

Well, it just happened to be newly renovated so it's still good, it's just a shame that because there seemed to be a lot of workers, you could hear loud noises from outside the room in the middle of the night.

First time staying here, and in the Deluxe type. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, but perhaps the pillow could be replaced, because it is very thin. The bathroom is also quite comfortable, but when the shower is very small the water comes out and the water flow is a little blocked, causing the water to stagnate when bathing.

It was very bad from check in to check out the water didn't turn on and complained how many times the answer was just wait. Very disappointing. And I will never stay here again, I really regret it.

Surrounded with everything from ATM, banks, shopping arcade, fast food chains, restaurants, mini markets, pharmacy, and many others. Everything is within walking distance.

Bad service, even the check-in time is not according to hotel standards, which should be 2 o'clock but it is 4 o'clock due to hotel maintenance reasons, the bathroom is dirty, the staff is not friendly and the room only has 2 lights which is very dark and does not meet hotel standards.

Very uncomfortable and disappointing, during the day the room is hot because the AC temperature is very low because the power is locked, then I was fined for downbagging, even though the reason for the downbagging was because the AC was not spreading and only reached one point, previously complaints were not responded to, when it was time for the fine to be paid immediately, so I was put off staying at this hotel even though I always stay here when I go to Jakarta. It really makes me regret it.

Kamar nya gelap, kamar mandi kotor dan jorom, lampu kamar remang-remang, kotor, sinyal susah, kalau bisa diperbaiki. Bukan mslah harga. Tp orang menginap kan bayar. Harga berpapun kalau kamar bagus pasti dibayar.
