The toilet wouldn't flush, the room door lock was broken, and the breakfast was like a hospital-style meal, bland, and slow to serve. It took 30 minutes for a bowl of rice soup. The only toiletries were towels, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste.

Stayed overnight to get closer to the bus agent's return point. Excellent service, comfortable room, easy access. Thank you for the great service. Recommended.

Check In and Check Out were fast, the room was quite spacious and clean, amenities included 2 medium bottles of mineral water and 2 towels, in the shower (the water can only be cold, not warm/hot) there was liquid soap, the wifi was pretty good, in the morning we got chicken soto for breakfast (take it yourself/buffet) and warm sweet tea, we could order coffee (the price is cheap) and we could order other food too.

The friendliness of the staff and the service were very good, it's just that when I was going to check in my name was not on the list of guests who had not arrived, but after checking again I was able to check in. My suggestion is to be more careful, but overall the service is very good.

The food is delicious. For the request time, it needs to be considered because it is still at check-in time. With that price, the facilities are already good, towels and mineral water are available. The AC is cold.

Akhir tahun tanggal 30-31 saya dan 2 teman datang jam 17 sore naik sepeda dari Solo. Langsung ke receptionis, saya bilang pesan 2 kamar lewat aplikasi. Di jawab sama petugasnya cuma pesan 1 kamar. Saya langsung keluarkan HP, nunjukan bookingan saya. Proses 15 menitan akhirnya dapet kamar no. 18&20 Paling ujung. Karena kita besok pulang pagi jam 5an. Jadi tidak dapet breakfast (sebagai gantinya dapat teh panas), *ini yang di janjikan sama petugasnya yang sore. Kondisi kamar biasa dan kamar mandinya shower nya kecil sekali (no. 18), kamar 20 normal airnya (tidak ada water heaternya), *tengah malam sampai pagi ada orang nongkrong di luar guesthouse, main gitar nyanyi keras-keras, tidak bisa tidur (area tidak steril). Tanggal 31 check out jam 5.30. Petugasnya yang jaga malam, saya minta lah teh panas sesuai janji sebelumnya. Tapi petugasnya menolak karena belum jam breakfast. Loh gimana ini, daripada saya makin sebel. Cepet-cepet aja meninggalkan tempat inap itu.

Bed, pillow, blanket, smell, other are OK for cheap hotel.

Lokasi strategis, banyak tempat jualan makanan, dekat dengan mal CITO, dekat dengan halte bus Suroboyo, kamar nyaman dan bersih, AC dingin, ada air panas. Saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini.

Clean place, cold AC, running water, close to selling food. Recommended for those in transit. 👍.
