I can say there is a mouse or an animal inside my room. I stayed there for 3 nights, and no one entered my room to clean it up. Then one day I went back and found some of the plastic that I put in the trash bag was all over the floor, table, and bed.

The initial leaking AC is probably rarely cleaned, the TV often turns off and on and smells of cigarette smoke. Asking to move rooms was helped well by the receptionist but when night fell my wife was shocked to see a mouse coming out of the ceiling of the room wanting to go down through the cable to the wall. Hopefully in the future it can be considered again regarding the facilities and cleanliness of the room. Thank you.

Pros: friendly staff, clean water, sufficient drinking water, relatively spacious rooms. Disadvantages: poor cleanliness, lots of insects flying around in the room, lots of ants on the mattress, digital TV signal has difficulty, no hotel slippers, no place to eat/restaurant/cafe, the hallway is relatively dark/not well lit, the mattress is hard.

The room is big, only the blankets are thin, the upper hallway is scary, once the elevator turns off, the water doesn't get hot either. The door lock is broken.

I booked a room for 3 days 2 nights, on the first night when I turned on the room lights one of the lights was flickering and the tv remote in the room didn't work. On the second night I found there were bugs in the room and when I reported to room service they didn't have insect venom spray.

Hot water does not work by night.

The air conditioner leaks, the former refrigerator smells bad, the bathroom is clean, the toiletries are complete.

Room conditions are not kept clean, too bad. Even though the rooms are big and nice.
