We had a pleasant day with this hotel. I love how comfortable and clean the beds are. Love that the coffee are already the Nespresso-type, but how I wish the capsules were really from Nespresso. Also, the souvenir shop items are reasonably priced.

We had a pleasant stay at Monarch. The bed is clean, crisp, and comfy. The staff are courteous and friendly. Shampoo and bath soap really smell good. Souvenir shop goods are reasonably priced.

It was our 4th time at Monarch its like a secobd home for us. My kids love Monarch its a safe place for them.

The Hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly. It's the best in the area so far in terms of facilities. Would definitely return. :)

Me and my partner have stayed for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check-in, it was a smooth check-in with the help of one of the front desk staff (Phine). We felt special from the beginning to the end because of the friendly staff. Beautiful lobby with souvenir shop and a restaurant. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on a hotel! bathroom with shower was very clean. The swimming pool is superb! Early morning dip is the best and after that avail the amazing breakfast buffet at the Cristoforo restaurant. (they serve lunch and dinner buffet too!) The hotel is located near the highway so it is easy to find, very close to Robinsons Pangasina, must try restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, we really enjoy our stay and will definitely come back. Spacious rooms though there's still paint smell in the hallways. Elevator's a bit far from the rooms we had. Didn't try the resto but the pool area is nice and clean.

The room is nice and very clean. Our request was attended fast and the staff are courteous and nice. Overall the hotel is nice and surely we will come back again.
