The villa is nice, smart tv, there are 2 rooms and in each room there is a smart tv + AC but there are so many ants and no cleaning tools are available, so it's really annoying, try if you provide a broom, at least we can clean it ourselves, and the rear garden lots of cigarette butts, and noisy sound of water pumps, kitchen utensils are limited and better equipped.

The villa is actually good, there are 2 rooms and each room has AC + Smart TV. It & amp; # 39; s just really lacking in maintenance, it just feels dirty. In the room facing the garden there are also lots of ant nests, so it & amp; # 39; s a bit sore. No broom was provided either. For the kitchen, cooking utensils + cutlery are quite complete. The amenities are also complete (towels, slippers, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo). Stove, dispenser, refrigerator, hot water are functioning well. But there are lots of snails that enter the room because the back garden is open and during the rainy season too :( It's really a shame even though the villa looks good but just poorly maintained, the place is very close to Jalibar and JP 2 BNS.

Lots of animals, want to sleep under animals, so many night animals.

The place is spooky with no other neighbors.

The villa is good and recommend, comfortable to live in. Suggestions for kitchen equipment should be paid more attention to and repaired so that the sound is not noisy, improve service because it is long so cust wait. But if you want to go to Batu again, you still want to come back here. Thank you?

The service is a bit long, because maybe there are no officers on standby near the villa. there is a neighbor resek. cleanliness and cleaning tools are lacking.

Nice villa, well maintained building. There is air conditioning even though the Stone is cold. There is a smart TV in each room and living room, there is free WiFi, the villa is not too spacious, but the room and exterior settings are very nice, cool in the eyes. There is a long sofa in the living room, you can sleep too. There is a professional management who manages this villa, can request cleaning every day. Morning can walk around the next complex. Overall satisfying. There is only a little less in the dispenser that has no electricity cable (but there is a stove to cook hot water and the fridge) and the bathroom door lock (sliding model) is rather difficult to lock. So, I recommend other people to stay at this villa. Next time I want to go back there.

The villas are good, cooking facilities are also quite complete, the location is close to East Java Park 2. But if it's lazy the area is quiet, right there are no residents of the villa and the floor is a bit dirty like it's never been dipel. Overall, that's ok.
