When booking, I specified a high floor, but upon check-in, I was given a room on one of the lower floors, and then told that the hotel was full, even though I had booked several days in advance.

Friendly staff and a spacious room, but the hotel feels old, and I noticed a bed bug-like insect on the bed, which was concerning during my stay, overall experience declined.

The staff were very welcoming. However, the room had a chair but no table. A small table in the room would be nice for enjoying coffee and the view.

Pros: have parking spaces. near to city area if driving. Cons: Pillow not comfortable, only 1 soft pillow. room light quite dim. room space quite small but enough.
