It was really scary to hear the sound of people crying that night, so I immediately checked out.

Cool. Nice and clean room.

Overall, it's okay. The staff is friendly. The room is nice, the water heater works well. The amenities are complete. However, towels aren't provided. The downside is that the portable air conditioner's noise is very disturbing to sleep. It's noisy 😭

Don't believe what is in the product photos because they were taken several years ago and are now in dire need of renovation.

If possible, please provide information that the types are different, I was very disappointed when I arrived, it turned out not to be the same as the picture in the application, the place was hot, we had just gone to Cimory but there were lots of ants, this is the first time I've been disappointed with a hotel that doesn't match the picture. It's noisy, near the road and near souvenir shops.

On my first staycation, overall this hotel was comfortable and quite nice. But when I tried to stay here again 2 weeks apart from the previous one, why did I get a pretty lousy room? The standing AC was not cold and was very noisy like a compressor machine, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, there was no trash can, the sink drain leaked down, so the water got muddy on the floor, and the room walls were also not very clean. Please take better care of the service facilities, especially for room 204

The room is okay, quite worth the price for a room priced under 300 but also almost 300, the only minus is that the AC is a standing AC, not like most ACs.

The hotel is quite good and the hotel staff is quite friendly.

I think if you call it a hotel, it can't be, but more like a boarding house, the hotel lobby is dusty, the grass in the yard is tall, the bathroom smells really bad, when I asked for air freshener, they said there was none, as a result we had to hold our breath when going to the bathroom and had to close the door so that the room wouldn't smell too bad, there was no AC, but a cooling fan and it kept leaking, towels weren't given if we didn't ask for them, there were no tissues, there was no tea and coffee, TV channels were only national and even then not all channels were available.

Please replace the AC with the one on the wall, if it's only a small AC, it won't be felt, and it's hot at night. Thanks

Clean room, strategic location, but unfortunately the hot water only comes out for a short time.

The hotel staff is friendly, but when we stayed there it turned out that there was no bed, only a sofa bed so sleeping was not comfortable because it was hard. The room was clean but it felt like someone was trying to open the door. Easy access.

I like the room, the view is nice. Everything is okay except the AC in the room which uses a small AC, well the floor is often wet from the AC and there are a few drops of water from above in the bathroom. But okay, it's not too much of a problem for me, looking for a budget hotel here the atmosphere is not spooky. Next time I can come here again.
