Highly recommended for children, the play area is very complete.

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is lacking in variety but the menu is delicious.

The front desk staff were fast and friendly. Check-in and out were instant. Got a room on the 9th floor with a European theme. The room was very spacious. Clean. Complete room facilities. The bathroom was clean and had a sparkling bathtub. What surprised me was that the window had a remote control, haha. I happened to get a corner room with the best view of Mount Arjuno and Welirang. I also got a sunrise view. Masyaallah. The best view is room 907. The side window has a view of the Dinopark area. I got various free vouchers from the hotel. The food at the cafe is also cheap. The kids' adventure at Senyum World Hotel is complete.

Sorry, I tried to criticize constructively, where the staff and security were really unfriendly. First, I dropped off my luggage, the security just watched, and there was no staff in the Green Building to help. Hopefully in the future there will be improvements to the facilities and infrastructure, because the shower spray was broken and leaking... Hopefully the facilities will be improved.

The rooms are coolly themed and clean. The swimming pool is kid-friendly.

The receptionist was unfriendly. If we booked online, we couldn't choose the room type, as the receptionist said. In my opinion, the way she spoke and delivered the message was unfriendly, and the receptionist was a bit arrogant.
