The parking lot is a bit small, so you have to compete with those who rent monthly. Maybe in the future, they should prioritize parking for daily renters. But the rooms are clean and safe. 🫶

The service is really bad. When I arrived, the elevator was dead, I was told to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor. When I arrived on the 3rd floor, I was told to wait because the AC was just about to be serviced. Then go down again to the ground floor, report to the receptionist. The receptionist even told me to wait for 10 minutes, then when I went to the receptionist's room there was no initiative to carry the goods to the 3rd floor, which had to go through the stairs. Anyway, the service is really bad, it's a male receptionist. The ladies who clean are all friendly.

Regarding the incident that day, it happened that the elevator had to be serviced immediately for the comfort and safety of all our guests and staff. And for AC rooms that are serviced also for the same reason but incidentally there is miscommunication between the maintenance staff and the FO. Super clean, nyaman, enak, dan viewnya bagus. Minusnya ga soundproof dan kebetulan dapet tetangga kamar yang super loud. But other than that everything is good, the staff nice. And i loved how clean it was.

Room 106 is filled with 4 adults. Very noisy. 2.30am is very noisy. I was next to him, couldn't sleep. What kind of hotel is this? How come it can be filled with 4 adults? :)) hotel management should ensure the comfort of every guest. This did not happen at The Nine Kuningan. There was a noise in room 106 that disturbed guests in other rooms.

How come it can be filled with 4 adults? Answer: The maximum room occupancy at TheNine Residence is only 2 adults, considering that the bed is only 160x200cm. For the problem of the number of guests staying 4 people and causing a fuss, we need to explain, that when checking in, guests do not inform that 1 room will be filled with 4 people. Regarding this problem, we apologize profusely if it disturbs your rest. Point 2: There is an omission of noise in room 106 that disturbs guests in other rooms. Answer: We need to explain, our staff is not authorized to knock on all rooms and control what guests do in their room, unless there are complaints from other guests. Regarding your inconvenience, it would be nice if on another occasion (at another hotel), it could be conveyed to the hotel directly, on the spot, so that it can be handled immediately on the spot. Our deluxe room is super cozy with nice ambiance. It's clean, spic and span, nice staffs and good housekeeping. The free wifi is okay. The bathroom is quite big and clean. No bathtub but the shower is nice. Things like plates, utensils and water dispenser provided at the pantry. Basic amenities like 2 free mineral water bottle, dental kit, shower gel & shampoo are replenished daily. The build in wardrobe is totally spacious. We also got a refrigerator and microwave at our room, so it's hassle free to keep foods cold/warm. The location is near Lotte avenue and a good distance from senayan park and ashtadistrict8 that we planned to visit. It's easy to online order food and transportation. The only down side is some lingering cigarette's smell near the pantry whenever someone smoke there, but overall it's 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll say yes for 2nd visit. 😄👌

Stay in the deluxe room. Very comfortable room. Wash sink facilities, hot water and microwave are functioning properly. Have to pay a security deposit at check-in, cheap but have to cash. so don't forget to prepare. close to a shopping center, if you get bored you can take a walk.
