I had a good time staying here. - Location: 5/5. Near Victory Monument BTS (about 5min walk) and easy to book Bolt/Grab. Near 7-11 and some local food stalls - Staff: 5/5. They are friendly, supportive, and helpful. Especially the bellman and concierge. However, you guys may want to stop considering everyone to be Chinese :) Not all Asian people who don’t speak Thai are from China :) - Room: 4/5. It was not very new or spacious, but I found it comfortable to spend the nights. I would say it has a reasonable price, and the bed is comfy enough (not too hard). The water pressure may be a little bit weak, and the hot water is not hot enough. The staff and location are definitely a plus point for this hotel. Will stay here again if I ever come back. Cheers!

From the beginning of entering, I really liked the modern interior of the hotel, greeted by super friendly and helpful staff. When I entered the room, wow, it was so spacious. I happened to get the best price from Traveloka. I didn't expect it. The location is also very strategic, close to everywhere, not noisy and far from traffic jams. The breakfast is delicious* and there are many Muslim-friendly menus. It's highly recommended. 🫶🏻 See you when you see you again in Prime Rangnam 🥳

We stayed there for 10 days The room is very spacious with a small sofa Shower is a bit broken - hard to switch from cold to hot water, but it is manageable. Front office very helpful Breakfast is ok Cleaning service done good job Umbrella is always available Closed to 7-11 and laundry place Many nice foods too Coffee shops are nearby and all are very nice

Plus: strategic location, large room, clean, fast check in check out, close to 711, laundry, restaurant, 5 minutes walk to the nearest mall and BTS, friendly and helpful staff when needed. Minus: elevator needs to be renovated, more breakfast variety

เป็นวันที่โหดร้ายมากๆ เพิ่งกลับจากโรงพยาบาลมาอยากกลับมาพักผ่อน พนักงานดูสุภาพดี บริเวณ front ดูสะอาดมีกลิ่นหอม ดูหรู แต่พอเปิดประตูห้องพักมาOMG มีกลิ่นเหม็นจากห้องน้ำตลบอบอวลไปหมด ไม่สะอาดด้วย เจอเศษผมเยอะมาก หายใจไม่ออกมีแต่ฝุ่น ไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้มาก่อน แย่มาก อยากออกวันนี้เลยดีนะพักแค่คืนเดียว GM ควรลงมาดูงานบ้างนะคะ ปล่อยให้ห้องเก่า ไม่ได้มาตฐานแบบนี้ได้ไง พิจารณาด้วยค่ะ ย้ำ ความสะอาด กลิ่นเหมือนอยู่ห้องน้ำตามปั้มสาธารณะ เกินไปมากค่า There is a bad smell came from the bathroom. Disturbing throughout of the room and dirty ,found the hair and stains.

The last time I stayed was very good, the premier line was better than the basic line, you get what you pay for, the place is nice but the room was extremely dirty and very noisy which made me feel mentally unstable. What's wrong with sleeping at night other than knocking on the door and dropping things? all kinds of things to pull, vtri is very nice, it's okay to stay temporarily but sleeping is really bad, easy to fall asleep but not being able to sleep makes me crazy, the room is old and anyone who passes by can hear it, but the staff very friendly, but don't understand English so it's difficult to understand each other... won't come back again

The room is quite smelly and humid, the soundproofing is poor, people moving around outside can be very loud, the sound of the room door closing is even louder.

This is first Hotel that I had stay at Bangkok after my Travelling from Malaysia. Walking distance to Pratunam just 10 Minutes walk and there is a lot of fot street at Night just beside of the Hotel. Majority isn't Halal but you can walk within 1KM to pratunam night Market. As a Hotelier Room was Clean and linen also. The Minus only receptionist maybe need to improve their english. Bellboy are helpful. Thanks and will be coming back again to this Hotel. Sending Love fr Indonesia.
