Not same what you pay and what you get. Host not friendly.

The room is okay, but when I want to check in, the receptionist doesn't want the responsibility, and the bathroom water is dead.

No WiFi, all wire mattresses, dirty rooms, no stove, broken doors, very, very unsatisfactory.

The girl who handle the reservation was very rude. She really don’t know how to treat a guest. She is really not nice. And the room also very different from the picture.

We're a tourist then we don't know how to check in she only guide for a while then when I check out she ask me to go somewhere and I don't know where, then I contact her, she is angry.

It’s all about a business drama. And yeah, as usual, I book hotels from app and it’s first time happed what I book I never get completely surprise and weird.
