The receptionist was rude, didn't smile at all, served in a bad mood. The room was dirty, very different from the picture: (even though I wanted to rest because I was in transit. The room's AC wasn't cold either. After requesting to change rooms, it was the same.

The room was clean, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the mattress was a bit hard.

The Aircon was the worst ever. Definitely not recommended, unless you need no comfort place 🤣.

The room smells fishy. The TV doesn't turn on. Small shower water flow. Oanas water doesn't turn on. All the officers are rude.

Everything is good but the parking lot is not available.

The last day of my stay was terrible, no room re-cleaning. Drinking water is not refilled, towels are not replaced. The bathroom has cockroaches, and the receptionist doesn't seem to care.

Service is Ok, Room. Comfortable, Competitive Prices, It's just a pity that access is far away because of the location in a residential area.

Hotel Rama Transito bagus. Pelayanannya oke, fasilitas yang tersedia lumayan baik.

The hotel is clean. The repcionists are good and friendly, the staff is good. The rooms are spacious. Anyway, everything is good and great. Highly recommend. 👍.
