The hotel is really worth it in my opinion with all the facilities. There are many swimming pools, maybe more than 5 pools. There is also a sauna, a spa/jacuzzi, a warm water pool. My son was very happy, the hobbit room was kids friendly, it felt like he was in a fairy tale. Outside the hotel there are many sellers, stalls, etc. that are easy to reach so it's cheap to buy food or just snacks nearby. The dance performances were also cool, really entertaining and the hotel really put in the effort to make such an artistic performance, it was cool. I want to recommend it to my closest people. I always thought Seruni had a scary vibe because of the many statues, but it turns out it's not, guys, give it a try. There are many fun activities that don't require going anywhere else, it's very complete, children's toys, there is a mini zoo, and there are also many playgrounds. The restaurant is far from the hobbit-style rooms. There's a shuttle bus, but it's limited and broken at the time. A caterpillar was found in front of the room. Eww.

This is our fourth time staying at Seruni. Check-in is strictly at 2:00 PM. We'd prefer that if the room is already empty and cleaned, new guests should be able to check in immediately, not have to wait until 2:00 PM. Many guests arrive early to avoid traffic jams.

The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The accommodation is perfect for families, as there are play facilities for children. It's a shame there aren't any sheep, as children would love playing with them.

This isn't my first time here, if I'm not mistaken, it's my sixth. My first time here was in 2018. In terms of room size, Seruni is quite spacious in Puncak, in my opinion. The children's play area is complete, and the breakfast is quite varied. However, it's a bit pricey for children aged 5 and above, who usually only eat cereal for breakfast. Regarding the friendliness of the staff, I only gave it 3 stars compared to other star-rated hotels around Puncak. The receptionist and telephone operator were not very friendly at all in my opinion. Only the cleaning service was friendly when I stayed last week. Otherwise, it was okay.
