Great for holidays, especially for kids.

Every time I go to Puncak, I always stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff service was very good, I even asked to move rooms because the previous room when I checked in turned out to have dirt on the walls, but the staff and receptionist immediately replaced me with a new room.

Overall everything is good and the service is really good, I've tried it at Hobbit and Gunung Gede, it's really good, yesterday I made a sudden order at Amandari, the room was okay, the bathroom was okay but the lighting in the room was really lacking, and the garden at the back could be tidied up a bit so it doesn't look too scary ☺️

Staying at Hotel Seruni was truly memorable and the facilities were complete, making the kids happy. The room was also very spacious, especially the bathroom, which made the kids feel at home because it had a bathtub. Not to mention the other facilities, there was a waterboom, and a mini zoo too, it was really fun, highly recommended. I want to stay there again sometime when I go to Puncak. Thank you Hotel Seruni.. ☺️😊

The hotel is very child-friendly, has many swimming pools, delicious breakfast and many menus, clean hotel rooms.

the food is not tasty and there is not much variety

Several times staying here, the kids definitely love it. The swimming pool has many variations, the room is big and there is a bathtub, for the evening event there is a regional dance performance which is really cool, unfortunately when we stayed during a long weekend so we got a valley view. (a little suggestion for the main lights cannot be turned off). Overall very recommended for family vacations.
