Hotel staff is good. Rooms are clean. Location is good.

had a room without window a couple of days before this and it was much quieter. Window face the roads which was not main road but still alittle noisy especially early in the morning. other that this location was great near amenities.

Location is excellent with many amenities plus Saigon Square and Centre just around the corner.

Everything good except the Wi-Fi and aircon were not stable. We had 3 rooms on different floors when we stayed there.

The room was noisy from outside. Location is a 2-minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. While we checked in, we requested a breakfast box because of the early flight. Then, while we checked out and asked for the breakfast box, the staff said they didn't know about our request.

The hotel room is very nice and comfortable. The interior of the room is also luxurious. The location is very strategic, only 1 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. Although close to the market, the environment remains clean and not shabby. Some of the breakfast menus served are Muslim-friendly and halal. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof. Often heard sounds from the next room and the hallway.

Strategic location, close to Takashimaya and Saigon Square and Ben tanth market. Nice room, nice facilities, we checked out very early in the morning, breakfast was still provided, thank you Uptown hotel 😊.

The room is spacious, clean, bright, with big windows. Central location, right next to Ben Thanh market. But the restaurant staff is not enthusiastic.

The room was not cleaned. And I argued with the receptionist. The receptionist's mouth was rude. Like a man who was a bit feminine when I said I would go viral because this hotel, he shouted like a woman, please Indonesians don't stay here. While I booked the biggest room. And many guests came out of the room.

Lokasi sangat strategis dekat ke Ben Than Market. Cuma sayang kamar no window, tidak tertulis di aplikasi, dan sedikit sempit. Utk sarapan sangat beragam dan enak.

Lokasi sangat bagus, dekat untuk ke mana-mana, hanya 3 menit berjalan kaki ke Ben Thanh market, 5 menit ke area Nguyen Hue, 10 menit ke apartemen cafe. Area sekitar hotel banyak makanan dan sangat aman. Staff hotel sangat sangat ramah, kami tiba di hotel pukul 10 pagi dan di perbolehkan untuk check in awal namun dikenakan charge 200.000 Dong. Namun kami memilih untuk berjalan sebentar ke Ben Thanh market dan nongkrong di cafe Soi yang sangat unik. Jam 12 kami kembali ke hotel dan menanyakan apakah sudah bisa check in (awal) karena akan istirahat, dan staff hotel memperbolehkan tanpa dikenakan charge sama sekali. Awesome! Kamar hotel sangat bersih, terdapat bath tube untuk berendam sambil meringankan badan, terdapat balkon hotel untuk duduk dan bersantai. Sangat berkesan. Thanks uptown hotel. Semoga kami bisa berkunjung lagi.
