Very strategic and easy to reach...

In the Nagoya Hill area, exit the hotel straight to the mall.

Convenient because it's close to the mall. The rooms are clean, and the receptionist is great.

Checked in late at 9pm, attended by a friendly staff who roomed me in their best/premium king-sized bedroom. Everything is perfect, except, the floor tiles are dirty with stains and the waste bin in toilet was not emptied. All these was being attended after I complainained to that only staff on duty. Another dissapoinment is the cups they had prepared, were very old, uncleaned. Its time the owner should replace the 2 cups. The bed is good, room is spacy, facing the front (Nagoya Shpping Mall). The bath towels are thick and new. As the room is on 3rd floor, the elevator functioned well, with option if wide unobstructed staircase leading to lobby. Overall, the rate is reasonable, but less S$5.00 if I were to walk in.

I want to come back here if I'm looking for a place to stay, in front of the hotel is a shopping center, so it's easy to find souvenirs and food.

Every time I go to Batam, I always stop here, just walk across the street to Nagoya Hill Mall.

Not bad for a toilet, one door handle is missing, but everything else is good. For the AC, it takes a little while to get colder.

The staff was nice. Overall service was good and I enjoyed my stay here. I was also given 10% voucher with no expiry date for my next stay. Thank you AK Hotel.

The room is not soundproof. I can hear the surrounding rooms moving chairs, it's very loud! While sleeping, I can hear other guests making noise in their rooms. The housekeeping was very noisy while cleaning the room! The bathroom walls are very dirty! The bed sheets seem like they were not changed, and the pillows smell. Don't stay here if you don't want your holiday to feel horrible.

The room smells musty, the toilet doesn't have a shower hose, there's a lot of yellow crust on the bathroom walls.

The hotel was good and near the mall, that's what I like. Only the bathroom was not clean enough, and some items in the room need to be changed. The staff is friendly, thanks, and will come again soon.

There was no toilet tap, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, only 1 towel for 2 people, the AC leaked onto the room floor, there were no shoes.

The staff is very friendly, responsive. Hopefully the hotel will get better and better.
