It's very convenient to get around. You can come down from the accommodation and go straight to the mall to find something to eat. Super convenient!

The staff were excellent. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room smelled wonderful, and they provided free ice. Highly recommended!

This is a hotel I really like. I loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked into the lobby. The lobby smelled wonderful, and the hallways were great too. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were very attentive.

The service staff were excellent, from the security guards to the front desk and lifeguards. I was extremely impressed. We received a free room upgrade. There's a kids' club for the children to enjoy, and the water park is fun and safe. The hotel has a direct connection to Terminal 21, which is very convenient. I loved it!

The atmosphere is nice, the staff are friendly, it's clean, shady, and it's next to a shopping mall.

I want to commend the staff on the 32nd floor. Not a single one of them seemed prejudiced against fellow Thais. In the morning, we wanted to take photos, and a lovely female staff member took us. We even went back up at night. The staff up there were incredibly knowledgeable and beyond words. However, the water park wasn't suitable for baby activities and wasn't worth the price of the rooms.

Very impressed. We requested a special anniversary gift and the hotel accommodated our request, so lovely! We usually choose Center Point hotels when we travel. 10/10!

Everything was fine except the air conditioner was noisy and the temperature couldn't be adjusted.

The hotel is great. I made the wrong booking. I was originally going to book the Space Hotel, which has a similar name, but differs only in the word "Space." The staff were lovely and decorated the room for my birthday just as I requested.

I decided to stay here because of the security, the comfort of the room, and the view from the balcony. I had a very comfortable stay. They also kept my luggage after check-out, the pool was clean, towels were available for rent, and the hotel's service was excellent.

It is still an impressive place. All staffs provide excellent service, from the parking lot to the bedroom. The hotel is very attentive to customer details. It has a professional working system. Staffs are always willing to provide service and polite, even when faced with difficult situations. They are patient and have good management. The common areas are clean and safe. The breakfast is delicious and varied. You can take your time without rushing. The chairs are comfortable. There are many restaurants to choose from. The food quality is good. I am very impressed.
