Guests forgot something but when they returned, the receptionist said it wasn't there.

Not a good hotel. 1. They requested early check-in and late check-out because the shuttle bus arrived early at an irregular time. I messaged the owner privately, they agreed, but when they arrived, they said there were no rooms available? 2. The receptionist didn't know anything and made guests sleep on the floor or sofa. 3. They said they'd rented a scooter, but then they gave us a manual motorbike and charged us the scooter price, even though the quality was poor and the bike was old. 4. The location is okay, near Vincom. 5. No elevator, so climbing the stairs is tiring. 6. The room is small; the 1.4m x 2m bed is cramped for two people. 7. The bathroom door is loose and cannot be locked. 8. The bed is very hard, causing back pain. 2-star rating and I will not return to Phu Yen.

The price is acceptable, but the sheets and blankets aren't very clean and have an odor.

I had a pleasant trip, the room was affordable, and the staff were attentive. The only downside was that the hot and cold water taps were solar-powered. But for the price, it was okay.

The hotel is in a central location, convenient for traveling, clean, airy, suitable for the price. However, there is no elevator so it is difficult to carry suitcases.

The experience was quite bad. First, I checked in and booked a Quadruple Room. When I checked in, they said I had to wait, then they said I could use a room temporarily for 1-2 hours because there was a guest who hadn't checked out yet. Then they said the room I was using was the one I booked, but it was not like the picture at all. The room was smaller than the picture, extremely bad, the toilet was broken, one of the two shower heads was broken, the furniture and smell were quite bad. On the day of check-out, the hotel's rental car said that the rental period would be charged for that period. Then, after using it for a day and a half, they asked for the money for 2 days. At that time, I was about to miss the bus back. There was no time to argue with the hotel. The rental car was sometimes said by one staff member that it was the hotel's car, sometimes said by another staff member that it was rented from another party. I couldn't tell which way to go.

The air conditioner is not good at all. The water flow is small, taking a shower takes a long time. The extra charge is not mentioned in advance, the room is clearly damp.

Convenient location, can go to the highlights in the city, near Vincom with many amenities. The interior is a bit old. The wooden floor is creaky, the air conditioner smells, and is noisy. There is no hot water, the bathroom/toilet also smells. There is no elevator.
