24/7 reception is false advertising. I noted 4am check in, 5am arrive hotel lights off, no staff.

Staff was friendly and the room was top-notch for a price like that. Breakfast was amazing too 5/5

Stayed 1 night at the hotel to depart for Mang Den tomorrow morning. The room was ok for the price. Food was very good. Delicious coffee. Good service. The green and cool dining space was very nice.

The name of the hotel without a 7S is just: Pleiku hotel and me. Review New hotel, clean rooms, enthusiastic staff, close to the center. The only inconvenience is that in the room there is no trash can, the bathroom has no soap bottle rack and the minus point is that breakfast is monotonous. Overall rated 8.5 points

The hotel is right in the center, the location is good, but the room and service are bad. The bathroom is very small and inconvenient, the shower door is half opened because it touches the toilet immediately. There was no room for shampoo in the shower room, so it had to be opened and opened for bathing, too inconvenient and splashed water out. Outside there is no clear water. My husband was so tall, I slipped through the door of the shower and went outside and I fell down. Bathroom toilet does not have a towel to dry feet. Towels in the toilet did not say what to do, I took a baby towel to absorb the foot, and the floor is extremely dirty black feet, so the black feet seep into the towel you catch 50k. And for a receptionist to run out to ask for money like the market. Dirty and smelly room, squash, musty smell. Disappointed and will not come back
