There's no air conditioning. The bathroom is old, the shower faucet is rusty, the blankets and bedding don't smell good, and the furniture is old and the wood is peeling. Please pay attention to cleanliness; there are still used towels hanging behind the closet. The sheets are thin and worn.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind, the room is clean and the surrounding area is also clean, the price is relatively cheap with all good facilities, only there is no wifi maybe because my room is the cheapest type, but overall it is good and I do not regret staying here and will definitely be a regular customer every time we go on vacation in the future.

The place is actually very comfortable, beautiful, cool, quiet, and cozy, but not so much for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom 🙏. The pillows and sheets look like unwashed laundry, and the bathroom smells.

A regular when I'm in Tretes... The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, is kid-friendly, the staff is friendly, the surroundings and rooms are clean. The price is especially very affordable... Definitely recommended👍

I've been to the Prigen area several times, but this is my first time staying at a hotel with such a strategic and comfortable location. The hotel used to be called Sinergi, if I'm not mistaken, but has probably changed management. It's quite satisfying, especially since it's located right in the heart of the culinary scene. You can easily choose between grilled corn, meatballs, or whatever, so you don't need a car. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

My stay at the Sinergi Tretes Hotel was comfortable and clean, but when I stayed there, there was an orchestra playing, so it was a bit noisy in the room. The only thing missing was a hot water kettle, as my husband was always making coffee, so I had to go upstairs and downstairs to make it. Otherwise, it was fine.

The receptionist was friendly even though we checked in late at night. For the price, I think it's worth what we get from this hotel. There are tea, coffee, and cups, as well as a 24-hour hot and cold dispenser in the hotel hallway. 2 towels and amenities. 4 pillows. The TV is on with local channels. Strategic location on the main road near the center of Tretes.

The hotel is pretty decent for the price. Perhaps upgrading some of the furniture would be nicer. My room had a rotting bathroom door; perhaps a proper bathroom door could be considered. The food was quite good, and the prices were very reasonable.
