I won't be returning. I wanted to try it out because Mira has a chain of many hotels, and I've stayed at Aloha before, but the Wi-Fi was weak, so I didn't go back. This time, the staff was disappointing, so I probably won't dare book any Mira hotels through their entire chain again.

Friendly staff, convenient location. The Wi-Fi in the room was very weak and needs improvement. There was a lot of dust in many areas of the room; the fan blades were covered in black dust, and the air conditioner was broken and leaking water onto the table. Overall, the price and location were okay. A few improvements to those issues would make it perfect.

Close to the beach, clean, and a good place for a walk along the beach. The hotel has an elevator and a 24/7 reception desk.

Family room is probably about 20m2 including toilet. Booked a high floor but the room on the 3rd floor had a view blocked by the wall. Overall, it was quite stressful because it was cramped and not as described. The plus point is the location is close to many places to eat. Friendly receptionist and there is an elevator.

The staff are friendly and enthusiastic but the room quality is not very good.

The hotel is located right next to the sea, opposite there is also a Banh Hoi Porridge shop selling late at night for only 20k / portion including porridge, heart, and cake. Friendly Receptionist

Phòng khách sạn đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhìu đồ nội thất nên hơi chiếm diện tích phòng. Vị trí ngay trung tâm.

Mang tiếng khách sạn 2 sao , phòng ở cái cái hộp kín , vật chất điểu xuống cấp , muỗi xuất hiện trong phòng ,…. Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại , sau đó tôi đã đổi khách sạn để tiếp tục hành trình tại QN

The room looks exactly like photos. The hotel located in downtown that is easy to main square of the city and go to beach. The only thing I make concern is bike-rent service which is higher than my expectation. Overall is excllent!

Clean, pleasant reception, worth the experience

The room is a bit small but clean, fully equipped, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the price is quite cheap, next time I come back I will still book again. Suggest to the hotel to review the ventilation system of the toilet because there is still an unpleasant smell.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and friendly. The double room has a small area but has a lot of furniture, so it feels a bit tight. Everything else is great.
