The host is very friendly and informative. He gave important information about some things we needed to know about Ho Chi Minh City before we even asked, especially transportation. 5 stars for the hospitality. What is quite surprising is its location, located in a busy alley dense housing local residents. Where this location is located in district 1 which is the red district in Ho Chi Minh City, so when it goes out to the main road, immediately crowded with restaurants and night clubs. The location on the map is a bit confusing, but it's not a problem because the local people know enough about this year. We were immediately shown the location when we first asked the residents. gh clean enough, calm atmosphere. Price is very cheap. We occupied a room on the 3rd floor with 6 female dorms. The bathroom and toilet are on the 1st floor. We happen to share a room with a friendly roommate, so there were no problems during the stay.

The owner was so kind. She can speak English well too. Though the location is near Bui Vien Street, I couldn’t hear any noises when I was inside. Very kind hosts.

A good location to go to many interesting places: Ben Thanh market, Bitexco Tower, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Notre Dame Church. Room's clean, comfortable with various facilities. A quiet place for sleeping. Especially, the host and her dog that's very cute and friendly. I'll come back soon.

The staffs were friendly with a cute dog! She welcomed me at the door and took me to my bed lol. Everything was cleaned, the interior decor was simple with white, aircond was ok, reasonalbe price. Comfort bed and smell good with softener, same with pictures on web. There was a shared toilet and bathroom at ground floor and a toilet, hanger area at 2nd floor. Thanks for made me feel like home! 🤗
