The room exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere inside the room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. What impressed me most was the convenient location.

I expected to check in at 12.00, but they said no rooms until 14.00.

The room was clean, but the elevator didn't stop on every floor. The room wasn't soundproof, but being next to the street, there was no traffic noise. I could only hear the door of the opposite room closing. It was also very convenient for travel; there's a 7-Eleven and many shops along the street in front of the hotel. Overall, it was good and I recommend it. The price is very reasonable.

The hotel is a little far from central Bangkok. A bus ride could take up to 1 hour and 45 minutes. The Yellow Line is a 10-minute walk. The receptionists are sometimes friendly and other times somewhat rude. They forget who the client is. The room was clean and spacious, with a fridge and a kettle. It also had a balcony. Soundproofing was not good. You could hear guests in the rooms above and beside you, as well as guests slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway. Management should post signs for guests to close the doors slowly and keep quiet when in the hallways of the floors.

The place is clean, the lobby downstairs is inviting with plenty of seating, and it feels safe. It's close to shopping malls, hospitals, HomePro, and markets. It's also near a major road, making travel easy.

I went to a concert at Rajamangala and had to wait 20 minutes for check-in, even though I already arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM, and the check-in time stated in the terms and conditions was 2:00 PM. What's worse is that I wasn't the only one who had to wait. Isn't that funny? When I got to my room, I found the bathroom floor wet. Oh, come on! The room had just been renovated. I don't know how they managed to make it look overdone or something. I was so upset. It completely ruined the pre-concert mood. I was in such a rush. I had to get my ticket at the concert hall, and I hadn't even put on makeup yet. I was planning to shower and get dressed before leaving. I'm not complaining about the condition of the room or the building. I understand it was worth the price, but being 20 minutes late to check-in was enough. Anyone who wants to stay here should look elsewhere. Even funnier still isn't provided in every room. There are only 10. First come, first served. It's so funny! 5555 I've never seen anything like this. Hostels probably have more.
