Services and facilities are not optimal.

Fasilitasnya sangat kurang, air panasnya gak ada. Pelayanan biasa saja. Nggak mau lagi kesana.

Tempatnya bagus banget. Menghadap langsung Gunung Rinjani. Hotel bersih dan staff nya ramah-ramah. Lahan parkir nya juga luas. Cuma sayang makanan untuk sarapan gratisnya tidak terlalu enak. Terus tidak ada banyak menu untuk bisa dipesan selain sarapan gratis tadi. Jus buah pun tidak ada, beda seperti penginapan-penginapan lain disekitarnya. Semoga kedepan disediakan menu lain untuk bisa dipesan pengunjung selain menu sarapan gratis. Terima kasih 🙏🏻.

The place is clean and spacious, suitable for grilling events with friends and family, it's just that there is a basketball hoop facility, but the basketball hoop is in the parking lot, so it turns out that having brought the basketball is not able to play because the parking lot is full.

So disappointing!!! from hot water it didn & apos; t turn on in the morning "there was no water and katax had been waiting for hours" until noon at 12 the water was not there either. F * ck !! Food is not good either! Recreation plans fell apart from “not being able to shower. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Management is not good, the gate has been locked at 11pm to make check-in difficult.

The atmosphere is comfortable and the view is extraordinary.

The positives: - clean - the view is cool, straight to the hills and Mount Rinjani - the staff are friendly and helpfull - ask for an extra blanket. Needs repairs / improve: - relatively expensive price - no hangers / hangers / small cabinets

It's clean, it's chill, breakfast tasted amazing

The view of the hotel is great especially when the sun rises at the peak of Rinjani, but unfortunately the hotel rates do not match the rooms given, breakfast is also the choice of fried rice / fried noodles. The price is 580,000% a night but it's the same as a 200,000 hotel compared to in the city. Maybe I paid that much because of the weekend.
