view from our room is so great.

I parked it. Not assisted with parking with the back and forth position there are cars and others. crazy. no tolerance at all. Gloomy officer.

Very comfortable, it's just that in the bathroom the toilet water spray comes off.

Cheap prices and great facilities. The employees are friendly, it's really recommended. Next stay here again.

The room was not good as I expected before. I was stayed at room ‘K’ but the bathroom door handle is not working. When I sleep, the air conditioning takes out bunch of ice. I was too tired for complain at that time. The receptionists still smile when I want to ask for complain.. ya I hope that Ridha Residence can make improvements for ‘K’ room. But wait, I also remember that the floor there’s stain!!

Clean, quiet environment. only the parking lot is rather narrow.

Small but clean and comfortable, the location is close to the city center.

The room looks clean and tidy initially. So far, good. But unfortunately there is an incident under the pillow there is a kind of insect. Next time maybe even if not used the room still in check or cleaned regularly. It's a shame because the building is new, but other than that the place is okay.

The bathroom was dirty, not really dirty but yeah the crust must be brushed with harpic. The rooms are clean, comfortable, inexpensive, can't be sandals and there are no tissues in the room or in the pantry. From 1-10 I give a value of 7.

The rooms are comfortable, the receptionist is very friendly, maybe only a minus in hot water and tissue, the rest is worth to try.
