Noisy surroundings, unfriendly staff.

Dirty room, lots of graffiti on the walls, cigarette butts in the bathroom, no soap, no towels, TV won't turn on, mosquitoes in the room, really regret booking a room at the Burlian Hotel, please make improvements, don't just do it haphazardly.

Towels, soap, mineral water are not available. The room does not smell good, the place is not noticed.

The room was very dirty and dirty, a lot of hair and stains stuck to the mattress and sheets, the bathroom door had no handle and the key was only closed with used plastic, the floor was also a lot of dust and the smell of cigarette smoke was hard to remove. After checking in at 11 pm because I just arrived from Jakarta, when I entered the room there was no remote ac, dirty mattress, smelly, lots of red spots on the mattress. Finally went straight out again at that time also looking for another hotel.
