The hotel was clean and the breakfast was quite tasty, though not very varied. The pool view was also nice.

Stayed here for my child's 1st birthday. And very satisfied and memorable. The staff is friendly. You can request a baby crib too, so you don't have to worry about your child falling out of bed. The food is also delicious and varied. Many facilities too, there is a kids corner, swimming pool, gym. The location is also good, want to play to Aeon not far. Overall, it's really good. Recommended to repeat 😍 Hopefully your fortune will be smooth so you can come back here again.

It started out well, but as the evening wore on, the AC leak got worse. We were eventually moved, but without checking the room, the bathroom door wouldn't close. Finally, at 11 PM, we had to move again. And after moving, it turned out the mini fridge was leaking, huhu. We were already tired and felt bad for bringing the kids, so we asked for an extra mat. Maybe next time, they could pay more attention, and the staff could improve their friendliness.

Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable with a swimming pool that can be used by children and adults. The room is also quite spacious for its class. For breakfast, there are rather few food variations in my opinion, for a 4-star hotel. Maybe it can be improved further. Thank you.

Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast wasn't very varied but it was sufficient and tasted good. Got a welcome drink but it was in another area, not in the check-in lobby, so it was a bit of a challenge to get it. Booked a high floor and got a room on the 27th floor, but couldn't access the balcony because it was too high (safety rules), which was a bit sad. The view from inside was blocked by unclean glass. The city lights were still visible, although not very enjoyable. The toilet was broken, the floor was a little cracked, and the sink was also dull. The shower sometimes turned on by itself, but everything still functioned normally. The amenities were complete, plus there was a mini fridge, a hair dryer, and a laundry bag. Next to the hotel, there was a building under construction, so at night there was a bit of a spooky sensation, plus the shower often turned on, haha. Free parking (just ask the receptionist), there is an Indomaret next to the lobby. There are kids' activities on the weekends too. Because the area is in a village, the sound of the mosque is really felt even though it is on the 27th floor, masya Allah. The pool was quite happy for the kids. There's a sky lounge, but we didn't explore it. There's a kids' playground and gym area.

Worth it. Nice room. Location a bit off, but everything else nice.

The parking was quite confusing when I arrived late at night, but I made it. The room and building seemed old and could use cleaner maintenance.

The facilities were great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also convenient and made it easy to access nearby attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The bed was itchy. When I checked, I found blood stains. I asked for a replacement, but it turned out most of the sheets were worn and stained.

Everything is okay, only the glass door in the bathroom can't be opened or closed, so where does the water go when taking a shower?

The view is nice from the top in the afternoon, friendly service from each staff.

First time staying at Ramada Serpong, the impression was very good, from the friendliness of the staff to the hotel facilities, a good option for staying around BSD.

Stayed overnight for an event at ICE BSD and the venue was surprisingly close. The room was big enough for two people and allowed for comfortable prayer. The bathroom was clean, with complete amenities, and the water was strong. However, there was no barrier (glass or cloth) for the shower, so when I showered, I got wet all over the bathroom. The breakfast menu was complete and delicious too. Recommended 👍

Fun.. Nice swimming pool.. Comfortable.. But the staff should be friendlier… They should be taught more about 4-star service standards😁 The cool security guards are really friendly and nice.

I stayed on the 27th floor but the sound of the vehicles was still clearly audible, the sound insulation needs to be improved.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in and check-out process is also fast.

Comfortable, safe and peaceful, the breakfast is also delicious
