The lights often go off and on, there is no repeater in the room so the cellular network is difficult. Full night constrained by the network and electricity.

It is better to stay at RedDoorz with a cheap budget but not cheap, because the location, room comfort, cleanliness, service and required room facilities are complete.

Ada satu staf laki-laki, attitude tak baik 👎🏼 I sampai dari pada hotel pukukl 1.50, langsung reservasi nak masuk bilik dia, kata belum boleh masuk, sebab belum lagi pukul 2 dan bilik pun tengah penuh. Ok, I wait lah until its 2 pm kot. Dah tu masa urus berkas masuk bilik pula takes soo much time and drama 😡. Entah apa yang buat dia lama betul. Masa lama tunggu tu tak da pun I tengok ada tetamu yang check out. So, akhirnya I masuk bilik pukul 2.20. Kesal hati doh. Mana badan penat. Staff tak humble, banyak drama pula. Dia tak leh awak masuk sebab masih ada 10 menit lagi pukul 2, dia pula yang ambil, masa awak 20 menit terlewat dari pukul 2 😤 Be better next time eh.

It took a really long time to check in, even though the room had arrived, then the room had been cleaned, and the cleanliness was just normal, not really a recommendation.

I didn't like the service from the morning receptionist who wore glasses, when I complained about the condition of the facilities at that time the TV was not on, I didn't respond well and I considered the receptionist to be lazy and blackmailing guests, my deposit was not returned. With excuses I smoked in the room.

Overall for a budget hotel it's ok except there's no hot water and the bathroom glass is still a bit transparent. Overall the staff service, cleanliness, environmental conditions, rooms and so on were pleasant for my stay because of transit.

Not suitable for families, the walls are not made of walls so sound can come in.

The homestay is quite comfortable and quiet, even though the partitions between the rooms are only covered with gypsum. The facilities are quite adequate because there is cable TV and a good wifi network, the air conditioner temperature is cold, and the warm shower functions properly. More suitable if staying alone. Overall it is quite feasible to be considered if it is just transit with a limited budget.
