looks like seconded management hotel. or we call it motel type. in one apartment, have two management. rooms ok, only the door look just use normal key.

It’s not what it seems. Place is not maintained

Service staff was great, just because the room was poor because the sheets were dusty and the floor was dirty. water heater does not work.

the photo provided in web is not same with what I get. I booked sea village. which is the room above the beach. but I get room in other building. its not what I expected :( it's good when they just put the exact photo of room conditions. in 8am the cleaner swimming pool still working. it's better to clean earlier so people can swim in the morning. the food is good especially the pasta.. the view is amazing, this hotel is managed by one management who have other big hotel. they have large area.. beautiful jogging track. ah one more, the TV channel can't work at all and I can't call, the telephone can't work. it sad for get this service while they claim as a 4 star hotel. please be improved okay
