The soap ran out and I asked the staff for a refill, they said the soap had not arrived from the center, because I was staying for 2 nights, next time I would be better prepared and there were lots of mosquito larvae in the bathroom, after flushing it they came back, I have reported it to the staff, hopefully they will pay more attention in the future.

For a really nice room, for that price it was beyond expectations, basically it made me feel at home and was really nice, I will come back again.

The water is closed, the Flazz doesn't come out, there is no shampoo and soap. For the room, it's okay, that's the only thing that needs to be considered.

The toilet doesn't have a lock, so it's difficult if you're staying with small children, you have to keep opening it.

Check in on the app can be at 12 but the staff said that we can only enter at 1. I brought 2 children, aged 11 and 15. But I asked for an extra bed. Additional beds cost 50/person. Strangely, even though I added a bed, my children still had to pay 50/person again. So it was a double bill. Extra bed is paid + the person also has to pay 😅 what kind of policy is this. Obviously I'm at a loss 😡 there is no place to park because it only fits 2 cars. The staff is very stiff and lazy. They don't want to talk to management to provide a solution. Access road is in a narrow alley. And finally I gave up not to occupy this room rather than arguing without a solution. Consider me giving 300 thousand in charity

In terms of strategic location, not far from the main road, near Indomaret and snacks. Staff must be friendlier to appreciate customers. Actually the room is very spacious unfortunately there is too much furniture and it is not needed so it takes up space. The sheets, bed covers and towels are dull and old and need to be replaced. The water heater in room 4 is not working.

For a hotel like Oyo, it's quite clean.

When you first enter, the front of the room lacks lighting so it looks scary, the room looks like it hasn't been used for a long time because it smells musty, the mattress is not clean especially the bed sheet has blood stains, no room tissue is provided only toilet tissue and it looks like it's left over from the day before (not new), there are no electrical outlets in the room only in the bathroom so if you want to charge your cellphone you leave it in the bathroom, the bathroom is clean but the hotel soap is out and no toiletries are provided only towels, the room has LOTS of mosquitoes, maybe the staff should be friendlier.

I swear it's great. The most important thing is that the bathroom is very clean and comfortable. Towels are also provided. I feel like staying 2 nights is not enough, haha. The price is also cheap. I just don't have a hairdryer. So far it's good for the price and the location is really in the middle of the city, in front of the hotel directly Indomaret and lots of brothers selling from morning until evening.

The rooms are nice and the place is nice, right in front of it is Indomaret, and lots of snacks at night, happy to stay here, 👍.

The rooms are as shown in the picture, in front of the inn there is a mini market so it's easy to get food.

Very satisfied with the room, friendly staff, lots of culinary choices, just great.
