Strategic location, quiet, and relatively clean. The only drawbacks are the lack of amenities, such as the lack of a doormat and the unpleasant-smelling soap. The staff is very friendly.

Great location, right in the city center. There's a 24-hour restaurant in front of the hotel, which is helpful if you get hungry in the middle of the night. Cleanliness is excellent. Our room had a balcony, so it was comfortable and we could get some fresh air.

Rooms with balconies are great, allowing you to sit outside and eat. The room also feels spacious and cool. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is close to Malabar Forest Park and Oro Oro Dowo Market, so it's just a short walk if you need to find food. It's also close to Ijen Church and Simpang Balapan.

The place was exactly in the middle of the heart of Malang City. Not so many stalls around, so you need to walk a bit far to find traditional market or any supermarket. I got the big room with king bed-size that fits for 4-6 people in the same room. Its not so minimalist or fancy hotel/room, you will get the old-fashioned and cultural atmosphere. Water heater, smart TV, AC, is working well. Just opinion, I think you guys can do re-paint on the wall just to make sure the building is not so old and looks creepy for the visitors 🫶🏻

Cozy like home, location is close to market & culinair, but bathroom definitely needs improvement/repair & cleaning regularly.

Back for the umpteenth time to stay at Agustina Home. The place is clean. Feel at home. There is cable TV. Hot and cold water for showering. For drinking, you can refill, only free tea and coffee . The location is also strategic.

The inn is very comfortable for resting, and the environment is supportive for rest. There is a kitchen that can be used at any time and the location is in the middle of Malang City.

Cool floor tiles with classic models, it would be better if routinely mopped, when barefoot in the room the soles of the feet become dirty / black (not available footwear in the room). The bed sheet should be replaced when the room is vacant (it is only replaced when the request because it looks dirty). Others are good enough.
