Very satisfied with my stay here. It's peaceful, close to the Udayana University campus, and easy to find food. Just a small suggestion: the towels are all old. It would be nice to replace them with new ones. Thank you.

1. The bottom of the door is all broken. 2. The glass doesn't fit snugly against the wall, letting outside noise in. 3. The Wi-Fi is always on and off. 4. There's no food outlet. It's far away outside. 5. The sheets are always stained. They're not clean.

I stayed 2 days 1 night for Nyepi. The room was quite dirty and damp (an usual thing in Bali's weather), but still ok for a night or two.

The place is actually nice, with a separate living room and bedroom. The staff is friendly and responsive to complaints. Unfortunately, it seems poorly maintained; the bathroom is dirty, especially the toilet. The room is poorly soundproofed, so you can hear people walking upstairs.

It's not very comfortable, many people stay on MiChat, so they are disturbed by knocking on the door at night, wrong room.

The restaurant did not work out, only the pool. This is not a hotel or resort, only a rent house style, but there is a lobby and helpful staff if you want something. The pictures look different at booking, not like the real thing. The facilities are a little poor, and there is no cleaning staff or change of sheets.

Stayed at the Abisha Jimbaran Hotel. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing throughout. Rooms with balconies offer views of Jimbaran Village, all the way to Ngurah Rai Airport and the Bali Mandara toll road. The strategic location is close to the Udayana University campus and the McDonald's intersection. The friendly and cooperative service from the hotel staff makes guests want to stay longer.

Can we reschedule the hotel for the 6th because we have travel constraints?

The room was very clean. During my stay, I used a different mat to sleep on. There were stains on the pillows and mattress. The chair was moldy or something else. I opted to shower outside because the water didn't drain properly. However, the staff was very helpful.
