Right in front of Ciwalk, it's located in a central shopping area. It's very easy to buy souvenirs before returning from Bandung.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and fragrant, the air conditioning is cool, and it's close to the Cihampelas souvenir center. The swimming pool is large, the air conditioning is very cold, and the water heater works well.

I've stayed at Fave Hotels (not in Cihampelas) several times, but the one in Cihampelas is Fave Premier, but the facilities are the same as the regular Fave. Maybe the rooms are just spacious. There are no tissues in the room, the night light is above the head so it's dazzling when it's turned on, there's little breakfast variety, only chicken as a side dish, no pastries. For that price, it's not worth it. Sorry.

Overall, the service was satisfactory.

Even though I chose the cheapest room, the service was incredibly friendly from check-in to check-out. 🤩 So, don't hesitate to ask any questions, they're the best.

It was a pleasant stay. I checked in and asked for a welcome cake, and it was delivered to my room, free of charge.

Clean, comfortable, and excellent service. I stayed here for two days but didn't get a chance to try the pool; I was exhausted after watching Persib.

Almost gave 4 stars, but I deducted it into 3 stars because: 1. The AC seems to be on the edge to be broken (might be because of low maintenance). 2. The room was looking clean until we saved the corners, there seems to be a leftover garbage (tissue, snacks) from the previous guest, that has not been cleaned properly. 3. Our room key was having trouble, we couldn't get back inside our room after breakfast, the key sensor did not recognize our room card, I had to go back and forth to the front desk 3 times to get it resolved. We had to wait 20 minutes in front of our room for the hotel technician to fix it (it was 8 AM in the morning). 4. The TV was too small compared to the room size itself. 5. Please avoid rush hours because it's hard to get into the hotel parking gate. 6. It's a bit hard to park your can in the basement, although there are securities to help you with it (if you can or there's a space, better to park in front of the hotel instead of the basement). Nice experiences: 1. The breakfast was nice and has lots of options to choose from. 2. The public restroom was clean and not smelly. 3. The location is convenient, easy to go to anywhere in Bandung city, you can also just walk to Ciwalk (Cihampelas Walk Mall).

Overall, I booked three rooms, two for my family, and they were absolutely top-notch. Keep it up, Fave Hotel. I'll definitely stay at Fave again next time, but please improve the bathroom cleanliness and amenities.

All the hotel staff without exception were very friendly and smiling, making me feel comfortable staying there for 2 nights.

The check-in process took a long time because the room wasn't available yet, so we waited quite a long time, and got a room on the edge that was cut off by a pillar so it was a bit cramped.

All the staff are friendly, making you feel comfortable. The food is good, standard hotel. Please improve the cleanliness. I booked two rooms, and there were more than two cockroaches in each... Hopefully, I won't encounter any more cockroaches next time I stay.

I can't explain it, the point is it's just a place to stay for a while, but it's not worth the price, I'm a bit disappointed.
