The hotel room was generally acceptable, but the lighting was quite dim, which made the space feel a bit less comfortable, especially in the evenings. Brighter lighting would have improved the overall atmosphere and usability of the room. I felt a bit misled because the listing photos showed bright, well-lit rooms, which didn’t match the actual lighting of my room. If the hotel updated photos or noted that lighting is soft/ambient rather than bright, it would set clearer expectations for guests.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was fine. The food was varied and delicious every day, and the staff was friendly. If you're ever on a business trip to Surabaya again, I recommend staying at this hotel.

A little advice for the best view: check the glass frequently. The room I stayed in yesterday had a lot of handprints on the glass.

The hotel is located close to Tunjungan Plaza. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Just a suggestion: keep an eye on the water dispenser, as refills near the rooms often run out at night, so refills are made at a location further away on the floor.

Very pleasant, affordable price, close to Tunjungan Plaza mall, can walk, friendly staff, only the wifi is not very good in the meeting area.

Recommended for those who want to vacation in Surabaya, especially room number 1815.

The staff is friendly, from the receptionist to the security guard to the room cleaner. Breakfast could be improved in terms of taste and variety, making it a perfect meal.

The pillowcases had lots of yellow stains, making it a bit uncomfortable in room L9 unit 18, but the view was good.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's nice to be able to check in at 12 noon.

It was a pleasure staying here, easy access to everywhere and in the center of Surabaya.

For the highest class room I took, the facilities were still very minimal. For just a hair dryer, I requested an update when it was available, but until I checked out no one followed up on the update. In the morning at the due check-out time, I called to inform that we would be checking out at the late check-out time of 12:00, but they still called me again, for the SOP reminder maybe, but if we had informed them since the morning there should have been no need for another call for a "reminder". The F&B staff were unfriendly, no smile, no greeting like robots, at least a smile is enough for the standard of working in hospitality. Thank you

Overall, it's okay, but for the price of almost 500 thousand rupiah, I could have found a 4-star hotel that was more worth it. Maybe it's just because it's currently trending for its city view, but I was unlucky because the view and TV facilities were lacking, I thought they would have a smart TV😅, my expectations were just too high.

A very strategic hotel, close to TP Mall, just a short walk away. The staff are all friendly, from the receptionist, security, Valley staff to the restaurant, everyone is friendly. The room is clean, the view from the room is really beautiful Surabaya, especially at night. The bathroom is small, but still clean and complete with amenities. Thank God, I was able to stay in a marvelous room. The hotel is beautiful, close to Tunjungan Plaza and the Kalimas Boat Tour. The staff is friendly, and there's valet parking.

Bed sheets with some stains. The worst part is the blanket cover, in my experience, was not changed from the last guest's stay, as it felt 'oily'. I informed housekeeping, and they replaced it with another set that had an after-wash comfort. The TV unit is too old; the picture background is a dark color, making the picture difficult to watch.

The food is delicious, the place is comfortable, there is a grassy play area, the baby is quite good for sensory.
