I stayed for 10 nights. The first 5 nights, the room was not comfortable. I complained twice about the smell coming from the toilet, and the toilet was old, the shower not working properly, and something on the room floor was broken. After 5 nights, I asked for a room change, and they gave me one on the 4th floor, and that was okay. But why didn’t they give me that room directly from the first night? So I didn’t have to experience the uncomfortable room for 5 nights???? I found that so sad! For 10 nights, I had to tolerate 5 nights in misery. With the cost I paid??? That’s disrespectful! I have business in Bali, so I have to fly frequently. There are so many hotels around that street.

The hotel was great. The price was quite affordable, including breakfast. The room had a bathtub and a balcony, along with benches and a table for sitting on the balcony. There was a clothesline so you could hang your swimsuits and towels outside. Across from the hotel was Mal Bali Galeria, so you could find food there. It was also close to the airport.

Everything is okay, no comment. Just try by yourself to stay there.

Highly recommended. Spacious, clean room and bathroom with balcony. Super large, clean swimming pool. Delicious, satisfying all-you-can-eat breakfast. Friendly service.

Had a great time during my stay there. The hotel is close to Mall Bali Galeria and only 15 minutes to the airport.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is comfort.

The hospitality was good, but the food was all cold, only the omelet was freshly cooked. The AC wasn't cold enough, and there were no slippers in the room. A bath mat wasn't provided from the third day until check-out.

The place is dirty and the room smells musty from the carpets that line the walls. Not worth it!

The interior of the room needs rejuvenation, many of the floors are damaged, the balcony door is not functioning optimally.

The room was so comfortable with all the facilities provided in the room. The only thing that needs attention is, please also clean the area on the balcony; it looks like it has never been touched. And check the condition of the chair and table provided there.

Upon entering, we were greeted by a spacious and aesthetically pleasing lobby. The rooms are very spacious, with separate bathtubs and showers. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working, making it stiflingly hot. I reported it to reception, and a technician fixed it, but it still felt hot. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future, as the hotel is quite nice and close to the city. The food is also varied.
