A very strategic area! Malioboro is even in walking distance. Food was just ok and staff should be faster to restock the food as soon as the food is running out. Room are fine and included sofa is a great plus for me.

If I go to Jogja, I always come here, it's a really strategic location to cute cafes and it's really strategic in the middle of the city and the road in front is 2-way, not one-way, it's important.

I opened 3 (three) rooms and each for 3 (three) days 2 (two) nights, however, when I just checked in, the room smelled unpleasant, plus the pillows looked dirty and not very clean, then I tried to open the cover and the bedsheets had stains, I tried to complain for a long time and was promised that the next morning there would be a housekeeping officer, finally my wife and children slept while sitting on their chairs and in the morning we left and tried to accept the room even though it was still in open status.

The facilities are not okay, there is nothing, not even soap and toothbrushes, not recommended. There is no storage for clothes and no place to hang clothes. The service is bad, just because of a small makeup stain on the bed sheet, I was charged 100k. I do not recommend this hotel.
