Pure magic! We are staying here from Dec 24 to 28 2025. Everything at this cottage is very well-thought and soulful. All of the staff is polite and generous with their kindness. They are not just working, they take care of their guests. I can tell that they are working hard but happily. Every attention feels truly genuine. To name a few, Pak Mazar, kak Pandu, kak Saugi, the frontdesk, chefs, bar & pool, housekeeping, garden, all the staff are all exceptional 😭 I travel with 2 daughtes 10 and 7, they politely and kindly explain that there are extra charge 300k for extra person & 350k for extra bed. But we dont mind at all! As it comes with a hearthy and sumpteous breakfast. Really something that we look forward to each morning! Think of fancy menu like, smoothie bowl, sushi waffle, Mahi mahi egg Benedict, wide array of juice, fresh brewed coffee, fruits platter etc. Real food all the way! Honestly, I eat better here than at home 🤣 The entire estate is huge (8 hectare) with only 25 units of bungalow. Taken care by more than 80 staff. They are very generous with the space, and I can tell that they not doing things only for business, they truly love the land. There are a huge fish pond with beautiful koi, fat ducks, local birds, doves.. the nature sings every minute you are here.. when its sunny, its a perfect time to enjoy the beach and pool, when its cloudy, its perfect for book reading or doing some art. The hotel provides free bike rent for both adult and kids. The staff for the bike rent also take care of us very well! The beach? Perfect spot to enjoy your morning and afternoon.. when it is sunny, the morning is beautiful. And the afternoon and sunset nothing sort of amazing! There are even some beautiful trees, day bed, beanbags and fallen ancient trees to decorate the beach with changing color sky when sun is setting . So dramatic! Will definitely stays here whenever we are back at Gili..

Very pleasant experience 😍, Pondok Santi, thank you for making our vacation even more exciting. The service is really top, the staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, comfortable, access to the beach is close, get a free bicycle rental, welcome drink, it's frustrating because the boat crossing from Bali is late but it's really happy late to check in instead get a free room upgrade. MasyaAllah, Pondok Santi is very good, the best, the best! The definition of a holiday that is really exciting! Success is always Pondok Santi, if there are more than 5 stars I will give it 🥰 Thanks to the kind staff.

Friendly staff, the biggest hotel on Gili Trawangan, the beach is amazingly beautiful, you can play kayaking for free too. There are plenty of bicycles available to go around, the shallow pool is a bit dirty, the food is so so, need to improve! But overall, we'd love to come back again!

The place is nice, comfortable, the service is okay, the food is delicious, perfect for a vacation with family or a top couple.

Hotel dengan view yang sangat bagus, kamar yang luas, fasilitas hotel yang lengkap, yang paling penting bersih rapi dan terawat. Makanannya juga enak dan harganya cuma worth it.

Pondok Santi Estate is great place to stay, its relaxing (combination of beach front and green area). Service was excellence, friendly staff, they make up our room twice a day and pay attention to little detail (i.e. make up our room after sunset and prepare water beside our bed, mosquito net) There was an issue with our bathroom lamp, it's a bit annoying but their engineering staff really respond it fast and try their best to fix it. For Indonesian, breakfast option was very limited, though we can order nasi goreng, but that was the only option for indonesian food.!

All good ... except the breakfast. With expensive rental and breakfast, it seems less balance. Better if the quality of breakfast is improved

The bungalows are a very nice, bathroom great, and everything is perfect. Recommended .....

General good enough if only the hotel could be more flexible against the rules. My vacation with the wife with two children aged 9 and 5 yrs. The first has been made uncomfortable by pentapan unilateral charge for my son who was only 9 years old must pay extra bed Rp. 490,000, whereas a lifetime if longer stay at children aged 12 and under is free as long as we do not ask for extra bed. And it turns out that in maksudpun extra Bed turned out they just add sheets and pillows for the sofa bed beside the window, because it was already available for private pool suite room. Very disappointing. Not price but their policies that sounded like blackmail us. Second is check out the other policies than others. Where where to check out at 12 noon and many hotels provide leeway late check out until 1 or 2. It is our policy check out 10:30 morning. And at the 11th hour we were visited by officers to check out. To ask for leniency until 12pun can not. It is different from other hotel2. If only they are more flexible for sure I would come back and refer to teman2.
