Pros: Good location right on the Braga street, friendly and polite staffs Cons: The hotel is way toooooo old only 1 escalator working need to wait for very long, the room with carpet feel humid and lack of cleanliness many dirts everywhere in both bedroom and bathroom and even have iron mark on the carpet and aircon is not really cold. I booked this hotel as I see their pictures are beautiful but in real is not same as what they shown on internet… then I just got told by local friend that this is very very old hotel.. being old hotel is noy wrong but seems like they don’t really take care or renovate inside the hotel.. my local friend recommended better stay other place. I have plan to visit Bandung again and honestly I won’t stay at this hotel again Hope this reviews is useful

⭐ 1-Star Review I will NEVER stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The room smelled like moldy carpet. The blanket was stained, and at first. When they finally changed, the "new" one had what looked like dried bodily fluids on it. So disgusting! Staff entered my room with shoes on without shoe covers—so disrespectful and unhygienic. Later at night, no one answered the phone, and I had to go downstairs myself. Found the reception staff SLEEPING in the lobby. No HBO, no decent TV channels. The carpet and furniture were dusty and dirty. For Rp800,000 per night, this is a total scam. Never again.

The wifi is not good, the provider signal is bad in the room, the hairdryer doesn't work.

The staff are friendly and polite, the swimming pool is clean, the breakfast is delicious.

The interior of the room is very outdated and not at all clean. Especially the bathroom, my goodness. The carpet in the room also smells.

Very satisfied, if there is time I will definitely come back to Braga again.

This hotel is great location in braga.. Location very strategic.... But the room need the improvement... The toilet so dark.. Over all.. For the buget hotel is worth it Thank you geno ferrucci hotel..

Sorry for not taking a picture of the room because I didn't intend to review it at first, but because of the hair dryer, I uploaded this. If you don't want to give a hair dryer, it's better not to... The hair dryer just turned off after pressing it twice, it could only be turned on 20 minutes later. My hair had just dried on one side, but it died. The room was also full of ants, so I couldn't put food (they didn't give you a refrigerator, btw). In my opinion, with that price, especially since it's located right on the edge of Braga, you should have a proper hair dryer and refrigerator in each room. I'd give you 4/10, but since you go to Braga and just open the room... 5/10.

Everything is ok, just put it in the room so that a mini fridge is provided and the TV is replaced with Netflix at the pool. There are no staff standing around and the elevator is connected to the hotel staff.

All the employees are friendly and I will come back again if I go to Bandung.

This hotel is the best, you can go straight out and walk around Braga and it's close to Tiramisusu.
