recommended the most comfortable and safe hotel

It's pretty decent for the price. It's a shame the room we stayed in hasn't been renovated yet. And the bathroom lacks soap and shampoo for bathing.

please don't use cable TV. provide local digital TV. thx

When the room was cleaned, the toilet was not clean, the coffee cups were not prepared with new ones, then when the room was cleaned, the mini bar was missing the Silverquen chocolate.

Every time I return from Tj Enim to Balikpapan, I always stay at Maxone when I'm in Palembang.

Fast check-in process, strategic location, quite varied breakfast, medium room size/not too narrow. It's just that there is no table and toilet amenities are lacking.

We just finished checking out. The first impression was annoyed because we got a room with AC and a super noisy exhaust fan. So there was a drama asking to move rooms. The service from the male front desk was lacking. I had requested a non-smoking room. Instead, I was given a room specifically for smokers. Rooms 720, 721 were very problematic. 722 was okay but there was no mini bar. Complete facilities, only one towel even though we booked for two people. Only one toothbrush, no soap, only hand soap. Why were you told to take a shower with hand soap, luckily you brought your own. There was only one tea, none was given, besides that, unlike other hotels, there were many variants. There was tea, there was also coffee. Parking was also problematic, previously we had seen comments about parking, it turned out to be true. They said it had been registered. We were charged 3,000 each to get in and out. There were no freebies even though they said it had been registered by the male front desk. The rest, like the hot water in the shower, was okay. The hand wash was also okay. The squat toilet also works well. The AC is quite good even though you have to wait a long time for it to cool down. The window glass is afraid to open. Afraid of the glass falling. Because looking at the handle, the handle is already poked. The phone in room 722 is on. In room 720 it is off. The good thing is because there are many places that are close by, to Alfamart to the PTC mall is close by just walking, no need to bring a motorbike.

When checking in, the waiting time was a bit long, even though we had already booked from the application, the room should have been prepared. But we were told to wait a bit longer as if we had just booked directly.

The room is clean, the bathroom is also comfortable, the wifi is also smooth. Next time I will come here again.

If you are a backpacker, this hotel is probably enough. Or for a one-day stay. The staff service is very good. But the room facilities are very lacking. There is no table and chairs, only a bedside table next to the bed. Asked the receptionist, they said there is no table and chairs for the new deluxe room interior. So if you eat, you have to eat on the floor (if you eat on the bed, you are afraid of getting dirty and being fined, read from several reviews that many people often get fined). No hotel slippers are given. There is no refrigerator. Even though in the photo there are chairs, tables, and a refrigerator. Not recommended for those bringing babies. The sink has no hot water and no drain cover, so it is quite difficult to bathe the baby. Even the hot water for the shower takes a long time (confirmed by the hotel, I complained when I first checked in). The breakfast menu is delicious, but the refill takes a long time. The cakes are dry, the donuts are hard. No creamer is provided. There is only tea in the room, no coffee.
