Strategic location in the middle of Seminyak area

I lived here for 2 days. I favorited any hotel convenient. Recommended to everyone for pleasure...

Clean room, strategic location.

This is a really top hotel, the location is right in the middle of Seminyak. The service is also really good, the staff are all very friendly.

Kamarnya luas dan nyaman hotelnya juga tenang buat breakfast menunya tiap. Hari sama kemaren nginap di hotel lain sebelum kesini selama 3 hari menunya tiap hari beda-beda d ize nginap selama 3 hari menu breakfastnya sama jadi kalau klian mau nginap nggak usah ambil dengan breakfastnya karena menunya sama tiap hari. Ada 1 kejadian yang tidak mengenakkan lagi tidur tiba-tiba HKnya masuk mau bersih-bersih jadi langsung kaget bangun sudah di bell pintu kamar tapi saat itu bellnya tidak lama terdengar dan tiba-tiba HKnya buka pintu dan posisinya kami masih tidur selama nginap d hotel baru kejadian kayak gini. Masukkan buat pihak hotelnya tolong di tlvn dulu ke kamar kalau misal mau bersihkan kamar karena nginap d hotel lain juga selalu di bell pintu kamar sampai kami buka baru mereka konfirmasi baru kejadian kayak itu pas nginap di sini. Overall semuanya good recommended buat klian nginap dekat dengan lafavela dan d depannya ada minimart. Dan awalnya pesan yang kamarnya itu ada jacuzinya tapi karena hotelnya penuh dan lantai yang pakai jacuzinya lagi d tetap jadi di pindah ke kamar yang di lantai 1 dengan kolam renang di depannya dan jacuzzi tanpa tambahan biaya buat pelayanan ini best sih ❤️

Good enough for room space, breakfast under average because varian of food too a bit. Anything else is okay

My wife and I stayed at this hotel. Actually the room was okay, but my wife left 11 bags of expressed breast milk, and 4 of the bags were placed in the chiller. Very disappointed. That's dairy milk, not a toy, you can do it carelessly. Even though the instructions are clear, put it in the freezer and it must be frozen. This shows that some hotel employees do not understand and do not care about guest requests. Very disappointed! Really do not recommend!

Love it so much! Really like the service, the hotel, the rooms are very spacious. Great recommendation! Really satisfying!

The towels are said to be difficult to change, but there is a lot of hair. Then the laundry must be picked up/informed to the receptionist. The water for the bathtub is a bit smelly.

Drop zone a bit difficult to us upon arrival because the small parking space. And no one staff standby.

When I check in, no bell boy or somebody wait front of hotel, so we must bring our big luggage by ourselves to receptionist. Hotel’s staff not really helpful, not able call receptionist from my room to get my car ready, so when I need to checkout earlier at morning and to get my car from valet I have to go to receptionist desk, and wait for my car. Room’s vinyl floor broken. 🥲 and they have balcony at hotel room but prohibited for smoking.
