The hotel is not very clean, the pool is unused and dirty, but the location is right at the back, directly facing the sea, it's nice to wake up in the morning and see the sea, but access is far from everything, finding food is difficult and expensive.

I can't get a refund because the room doesn't match my order... the hotel is very bad

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked it because this app gave it 4 stars, but I was disappointed! It is worse than many 1-star B&Bs. The first room did not have hot water for showering, all rooms had moldy areas, pungent smells, poor WiFi signal, and the power went out more than ten times in just one night. The swimming pool is so turbid that you can keep fish in it. In short, this hotel looks abandoned by the owner. Although the staff is very nice and the breakfast is not bad, it is beyond their ability to change the situation of this hotel.

Comfortable beachside as relaxing as that

We arrived at the hotel, showed our documents but not a word was spoken to us. As soon as we entered the room, we found a cockroach in the toilet, the toilet paper was dirty I don't want to say of what, the toilet itself was super dirty, we had to ask to clean it again. The whole bathroom was disgusting, during the night we woke up as there was another cockroach walking on the bed. Horrible experience. The pool was very dirty as well. The only good note is the location, super nice and directly in from of the beach. The sea was amazing, clean water and the sunset from there was incredible.

The room is noisy because the glass door is sliding, the gap is large so that the sound of vehicles comes in. The facilities need maintenance, the toilet float is broken, the water does not turn on at night, the AC remote is lost and the AC is not cold enough, the TV in some rooms has no reason to be repaired, soap and toothbrushes are limited. If it's just for sleeping, this bungalow is quite okay, but if you compare the price, you should think about other alternatives first. This is an honest review as it is. Hopefully this bungalow can be better in the future

Overall good. Only they weren't given a towel, the staff information came later. From coming to going home the towel never came. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Breakfast at 8 o'clock was not ready while the group at 7 o'clock wanted to go snorkeling. So it was a bit confusing for the group leader.

Lokasi hotel bagus, di pinggir pantai. Ada kolam renang juga. Cuma fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan. Pintu kamar susah dikunci. Tempat tidur/dipan berisik banget jadi agak takut kalo banyak gerak.

Lokasi di daerah Senggigi yang terkenal dengan pemandangan pantai waktu sunset. Bungalow tidak begitu banyak namun ada kolam renang, kamar cukup besar bersih, AC dingin, air panas normal. Belakang menghadap pantai ada cafe yang cocok sekali untuk kita menikmati sunset di Senggigi buka sampai malam. Jo Je Bungalows dengan fasilitas kolam renang dan halaman belakang sudah langsung menghadap pantai dan harga yang relatif tidak mahal bisa jadi pilihan untuk menginap di daerah Senggigi.

Really good. Location near Alfamart Indomart and pubs. Pretty quiet. Close to Senggigi beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. For semi backpacker sabi.

Nice place to stay in Senggigi with a reasonable price.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms with complete amenities, clean and child-friendly pool. The back of the room is directly on the beach, so comfortable that it extends. Really recommend for those who want to go to Gili or Senggigi.

Check-in was fast, overall the room was good, only the fridge smelled a bit, the cleanliness was good, there was also a pool that I saw cleaned every morning. The breakfast does not have much variety in the menu, hopefully it can be improved even more. Thank you
